Serving the country

1. Postal service is available throughout the UK (i.e. both the UK mainland and its affiliated islands), while overseas territories of the UK (such as the British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, etc.) are not available for postal service.

2. The United States, excluding remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii, as well as overseas addresses such as Puerto Rico and Guam; APO/FPO military address.

3. Delivery services are not provided on affiliated islands of various countries.

Declared value

1. UK: Goods with declared value greater than or equal to 135GBP/155USD/150EUR are not accepted; Starting from January 1, 2021, due to the tax reform, if taxes are paid on behalf of the platform or declared and paid by customers themselves, taxes will be paid based on the actual sales amount of customers. Yuntu will no longer be obligated to pay taxes on behalf of customers and will no longer collect VAT from customers in advance. Customers are requested to declare taxes truthfully based on the actual transaction price; Due to the inability of the UK offshore islands (including the British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, Guernsey Island, and Jersey) to comply with IOSSS policies, services in this area have been suspended. If customers continue to ship packages to this area, tariffs and consumption taxes will be incurred. The related costs will be reported and borne by the sender, and proof cannot be provided.

2. United States: Our company does not accept goods with a declared value exceeding $800; And do not accept packages with the same recipient name and address, with a cumulative declared value of over 800 US dollars on the same day

3. South Africa:

The name and declared value of the goods must be truthfully declared, and goods with a declared value exceeding $30 are not accepted. According to South African customs regulations, if the waybill for the following goods is inspected, a inspection fee of 138 rand per ticket will be charged. The goods are listed as follows:

Tea: Please provide accurate and correct product names for all products. 4. EU countries: do not accept goods equal to or greater than 140 euros or 140 US dollars

5. Canada: Our company defaults to the DDP customs clearance method and does not accept products with a declared value exceeding $99. The Canadian tax exemption is 20CAD. If the declared value exceeds 20CAD (currently 15.5USD), our company will charge a DDP payment fee of 10% of the declared value plus a 2% payment handling fee.

6. Norway: DDP services do not accept products with a declared value exceeding 35 USD.

7. Australia: The product name and declared value must be truthfully declared, and vague product name declarations are not accepted; We do not accept packages with a declared value exceeding 640 US dollars, and we do not accept packages with the same recipient name and address that have a cumulative declared value exceeding 680 US dollars on the same day (concealing the tax and value-added tax of the investigated customer)

8. Mexico: The name and declared value of the goods must be truthfully declared. The declared product name cannot be a general category declaration, it must be a specific product name. For example, electronic accessories, components, etc. cannot be declared alone.

Starting from June 9, 2020, the tax exemption in Mexico is USD50, but for goods declared with a value exceeding 50 USD (including 50 USD), our company will charge a 19% tariff based on the declared product value by the customer, and the tariff will be charged to the sender.

9. Japan: We do not accept products with a declared value exceeding 65 USD (10000 yen). The quantity of products in a single package sent to Japan cannot exceed 50, otherwise it may be judged by customs as a commercial item and lead to customs clearance abnormalities (concealing the tax paid by the inspected customer)

10. Israel: Goods with a declared value exceeding $75 and a single declared quantity exceeding 5 are not accepted. It is strictly prohibited to conceal information, and any expenses incurred due to concealment shall be borne by the customer. Due to the requirements of local customs supervision policies in Israel, the inspection rate for imported goods such as wireless signals and automotive parts is very high, and the recipient is required to provide relevant permits before release. For packages that have not been released within 3 days of arrival at the destination, customs will start calculating warehouse rent.

11. Brazil: DDU service. When placing an order, the recipient's tax number must be provided. If value-added tax or customs duties are incurred during the customs clearance process, the local customs will contact the recipient to collect them. Therefore, the recipient's phone number and postal code must be filled in, and the accuracy of the phone number must be ensured. If the declared value is less than $50, there will be no customs duty. If the declared value is between $50 and $3000, the recipient will be charged a 60% comprehensive tax on the declared amount. The specific tax amount will be determined by the actual destination customs. Due to Brazil Post's strict inspection of low declaration, the declared value of packages weighing more than 3.5KG must be higher than $50, otherwise they cannot be received or shipped. Communication equipment and PHONE are sensitive words. Please do not declare such product names as low declaration

Regarding the inspected packages, there may be warehouse rent, and taxes may be incurred based on the declared situation determined by customs. Yuntu reserves the right to charge storage fees and taxes to the sender. The relevant storage fees and tax standards are based on actual reporting and sales, and may not necessarily provide proof; In order to avoid incurring high storage fees, we will notify the sender for inspection. If the sender does not have a clear intention to continue customs clearance and wait for peace of mind, the customs will default to destruction.

Shipping attributes

1. All countries do not accept any branded products, do not accept goods involving exclusive trademark rights, and do not accept any infringing products with appearance design, brand, logo, international anime cartoon character patterns, etc. Products with logos and text such as team clubs, associations, etc.

Whether it is a brand can refer to the Intellectual Property Customs Filing Network. For information on its filing and authorization, please consult our customer service or business manager. But the actual result will be determined by the local customs.

Japan: does not accept textile categories (such as gloves, scarves, socks, clothing, hemp rope, bibs, aprons, hammocks, pet seat covers, cushions, tents, etc.); Do not accept leather products (such as leather shoes, leather bags, leather clothes, etc.); Do not accept plastic bags, educational toys, or educational equipment.

6. Mexico: Only accept general goods. Please consult our customer service or business manager for the list of prohibited items in Mexico.

7. Israel: Customers are advised to pay attention to these categories and prepare relevant licenses in advance for inspection. If there is no certificate, it is recommended not to ship the goods to avoid customs clearance at the destination. 1. Maximum size limit in South Africa: length+width+height ≤ 90cm, longest side ≤ 60cm;

2. Canadian size limit: One side does not exceed 100cm, and the length of three sides does not exceed 200cm;

3. Israel's maximum size limit: 45 * 40 * 35cm

4. Maximum size limit in Brazil: L+H+W ≤ 200cm, with one side not exceeding 100cm

6. Japan's maximum size limit: the longest side is ≤ 60cm, and the sum of the three sides does not exceed 150cm

8. The above dimensions are standard sizes that can be shipped. If the customer wants to ship oversized goods, please refer to our Yuntu Large Cargo Line for details on whether the 27 country sizes of registered products that have been opened meet the requirements. If large-sized products have not been opened to countries, please refer to the quotation table - size table to see if there are oversized services available. An additional fee of RMB 150 per ticket is charged for oversized products

9. In principle, all countries do not accept irregular parts. If the customer wants to send them, an additional processing fee of 150RMB/ticket will be charged.

Delivery address requirements

1. All countries: Amazon warehouse addresses are not accepted.

2. Poland: Only the following 4 cities can accept packaging addresses: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Poznan, Krakow Packaging Collection Point Maximum size and weight limit: 60 x 40 x 35cm and 25

3. Portugal: Do not accept POBOX address goods

4. Mexico: If the recipient's address is changed within 2 times, they can apply for free. If it is changed more than 2 times, an additional correction fee of 25RMB per ticket will be charged

5. Greece: does not serve PO BOX addresses

6. An additional fee of RMB 135 per ticket will be charged in the Okinawa region of Japan

Parcels that fail to be delivered within 30 days after delivery will be automatically rescheduled three times

Return and Redelivery

1. This channel does not provide services for returning goods from abroad to China;

2. Croatia/Cyprus/South Africa: Overseas return and redelivery services are not provided. Parcels that fail to be delivered due to address issues, recipient not at home, etc. will be considered abandoned and compensation services will not be provided

3. Except for the countries listed in point 2, other countries can provide secondary reassignment services, with the following standards:

1) If the package is returned to the overseas warehouse, it can be resent to the country where the original package was received,

2) The deadline for redelivery in Canada is 20 days, which means customers can choose to resend within 20 days from the date of notification of package return; If there is no response after 20 days, the package will be destroyed by default. The Canadian resend fee is 82RMB/ticket for the first 1KG, and 13RMB/ticket for the second 1KG, rounded up per KG (including return shipping). For example, if the package weight is 1.4KG, the resend fee is 95RMB=82+13

3).  Türkiye: The re dispatch period is 7 days, that is, the customer can choose to re dispatch within 7 days after notifying the customer that the package is returned; If there is no response after 7 days, the package will be destroyed by default. The reassignment fee is 30RMB per ticket

4) South Korea: The resend deadline is 10 days, which means customers can choose to resend within 10 days from the date of notifying them of the package return; If there is no response after 10 days, the package will be destroyed by default. The reassignment fee is 50RMB per ticket

5) Mexico: The redelivery period is 30 days, which means customers can choose to resend the package within 30 days from the notification of package return; If there is no response after 30 days, the package will be destroyed by default. The reassignment fee is 25RMB per ticket

6) Other countries: The resend period is 14 days, which means customers can choose to resend within 14 days from the date of notification of package return; If there is no response after 14 days, the package will be destroyed by default. The reassignment fee for the UK, US, and Japan is 40RMB per ticket, the reassignment fee for Brazil is 60RMB per ticket, and the reassignment fee for other countries is 50RMB per ticket

Compensation standards

1) Compensation acceptance deadline: An application must be submitted within 60 days after Yuntu's shipment, and will not be accepted if it exceeds 60 days

2) Compensation standard:

1. United States

① If the goods are lost between our company and the service provider, the shipping fee will be refunded after our company confirms the loss; Additionally, compensation will be made at twice the shipping cost, with a maximum of 400RMB per ticket

② If the goods are lost after arriving at the service provider and our company confirms the loss, the shipping fee will not be refunded, and compensation will be made at twice the shipping fee

2. Mexico:

① If the goods are lost during the period from our company to the service provider, after our company confirms the loss, the shipping fee (including registration fee) will be refunded; In addition, compensation shall be based on the declared value, with a maximum compensation of 300RMB per ticket;

② If the goods are lost upon arrival at the service provider and our company confirms the loss, the shipping fee (including registration fee) will not be refunded. The compensation will be based on the declared value, with a maximum compensation of 300RMB per ticket

3. Brazil:

If there is a trace on the service provider's official website, it will be assumed that the package is already online

If the goods are not connected to the internet, the compensation standard is a refund of the shipping cost plus a maximum declared value not exceeding 400RMB per ticket

If the goods are already online and there is no response from overseas, no compensation will be given; If it is confirmed that the lost item is lost overseas, the compensation standard is non refundable freight, compensation based on the declared value, with a maximum of 400 RMB per ticket. No compensation will be given for low declared customs fasteners, shipment of prohibited items, etc

4. Other countries

① If the goods are lost during the period from our company to the service provider, after our company confirms the loss, the shipping fee (including registration fee) will be refunded; In addition, compensation shall be made based on the declared value, with a maximum of 400RMB per ticket.

② If the goods are lost upon arrival at the service provider and our company confirms the loss, the shipping fee (including registration fee) will not be refunded. The compensation will be based on the declared value, with a maximum of 400RMB per ticket.

be careful:

① No compensation will be provided if the package is damaged during transportation.

② If the goods are detained by customs due to low declaration, infringement of intellectual property rights, or overly simple product descriptions, resulting in delayed delivery, this situation is not within the scope of compensation. Our company will assist the sender in providing customs clearance documents.

Claim information requirements:

A. If the service provider confirms the loss of the item, they must provide the required information for the claim within 30 days after submitting the application:

① Screenshot of online refund on the platform

② If the goods are arranged for reshipment without a refund, an online transaction screenshot, dispute content, and reshipment tracking number must be submitted

B. The package was lost during our company's transit process. If it is confirmed to be lost by our company, no proof is required

C. All problematic items must adhere to the principle of first investigating and then compensating, and relevant information must be provided according to channel requirements

The official website of the service provider shows that the package has been signed for, but the customer says they have not received it. Our company will assist in checking, but will not provide compensation.

Force majeure agreement: Force majeure includes but is not limited to social abnormal events (such as strikes, riots, wars, terrorist activities, public health events, major epidemics, epidemics, etc.), natural disasters (such as blizzards, hail, fires, floods, mudslides, earthquakes, tsunamis, typhoons, power outages, natural disasters, etc.), any government actions (such as expropriation, requisition, restriction orders, control, measures, etc.)

Unexpected traffic accidents, modifications to regulations and policies, actions, decisions or orders of judicial authorities, delays in customs inspections, flight delays, and other unforeseeable, unavoidable, and uncontrollable situations or events. Under no circumstances shall Yuntu Logistics be liable to customers for any kind of damage, destruction, loss, demurrage or failure to fulfill obligations arising from force majeure events.

During the global novel coronavirus (WHO: COVID-19 Pandemic) epidemic in 2020, the epidemic situation has been listed as a force majeure factor by the government departments. The logistics service restrictions, service providers' temporary measures and other problems caused by the epidemic situation are not within the scope of our compensation

Customers are not allowed to send prohibited items/dangerous goods/infringing goods/sensitive items prohibited by laws and regulations or contracts. Once discovered, Yuntu Logistics has the right to intercept, isolate, freeze, stop transportation, return to customers, detain, destroy, or transfer to authorized authorities for processing the prohibited and restricted items submitted by customers. The service fees incurred for the delivery of related prohibited items will not be refunded;

If Yuntu Logistics is subject to compulsory measures, administrative penalties, or third-party claims by government departments, airports, port management departments, or other institutions due to the customer's violation of the aforementioned delivery obligations, the customer shall bear a penalty of 1000 yuan per ticket. If Yuntu Logistics suffers other economic losses (including but not limited to damages, administrative fines, etc.), the customer shall also compensate together.
