Declared value

1. UK: Goods with declared value greater than or equal to 135GBP/155USD/150EUR are not accepted;

2. The United States: does not accept goods with a declared value exceeding $800

3. Other European countries: Do not accept goods equal to or greater than 140 euros or 140 US dollars

4. Australia: Do not accept declaration values exceeding $640

5. South Africa: The name and declared value of the goods must be truthfully declared, and goods with a declared value exceeding $30 are not accepted. According to South African customs regulations, if the waybill for the following goods is inspected, a inspection fee of 138 rand per ticket will be charged. The goods are listed as follows:

6. Canada: Our company defaults to the DDP customs clearance method and does not accept products with a declared value exceeding $99. The Canadian tax exemption is 20CAD. 7. Brazil: DDU service. When placing an order, the recipient's tax number, phone number, and postal code must be provided, and the accuracy of the phone number must be ensured. If the declared value is less than $50, there is no tariff. If the declared value is between $50 and $3000, the recipient will be charged 60% comprehensive tax on the declared amount. The specific tax amount is subject to the actual destination customs. Due to Brazil Post's strict inspection of low declaration, the declared value of packages weighing more than 3.5KG must be higher than $50, otherwise they cannot be received or shipped. Communication equipment and PHONE are sensitive words. Please do not declare low for such product names

8. Norway: DDP service, does not accept products with declared value exceeding 35 USD

9. Switzerland: DDU services, resulting in value-added tax or customs duties to be paid by the recipient

10. Mexico: The tax exemption in Mexico is USD50. For goods declared with a value exceeding 50 USD (including 50 USD), our company will charge a 19% tariff based on the declared product value by the customer, and the tariff will be charged to the sender.

11. Singapore: Do not accept products with declared value exceeding 290 USD; Please provide the recipient's phone number

17. Colombia: DDP service, packages with declared value not exceeding $200 are exempt from value-added tax and customs duties; For packages with a declared value exceeding $200, our company will charge a 10% customs duty+19% value-added tax based on the declared value, and an additional 2% commission on behalf of the declared value. The product name and declared value of the goods must be truthfully declared, and vague product name declarations are not accepted. Any expenses incurred due to concealment shall be borne by the customer; The number of products in a single package shall not exceed 6 (which will increase the inspection rate); The recipient's phone number must be provided (for shipping mobile phone products, IMEl must be provided, and the customer must fill in the tax number column);

18. Japan: Do not accept products with declared value exceeding 70 USD (10000 yen)

19. Israel: Goods with a declared value exceeding $75 and a single declared quantity exceeding 5 are not accepted. The inspection rate for imported goods such as wireless signals and automotive parts is very high, and the recipient is required to provide relevant permits before they can be released. For packages that have not been released within 3 days of arrival at the destination, customs will start calculating warehouse rent,

20. Türkiye: only products with declaration value lower than 160USD can be accepted, the threshold is 0, DDP mode, 30% of the declaration value will be charged, and 2% of the declaration value will be charged as a service charge, with the minimum tariff of USD 1. Recipient ID required

21. New Zealand: Goods with a declared value exceeding SGD 1000 (USD 580) are not accepted;

22. South Korea: Only accept declaration values below $150, free of tax, recipient ID must be filled in and correct (Koreans can provide personal customs clearance symbol, foreigners can provide passport or login number), the same SKU should not exceed 3 pieces, and no more than 1 piece of live goods should be allowed to avoid being judged as non self use and paying additional fees; It is recommended to declare the product code and product link in advance when placing an order for smooth customs clearance. All country declared product names cannot be declared as major categories and must be specific product names. For example, it is not advisable to only declare electronic accessories, components, etc. It is best to provide sales links and customs codes (for customs clearance convenience); Multiple packages are sent to the same recipient and address on the same day, and the declared value will accumulate. F: South Korean customs require that from now on, the customs clearance method for electronic and electrical products and children's products will be changed from catalog clearance to simple clearance. 17. In principle, all countries do not accept irregular parts. If the customer wants to send them, an additional processing fee of 150RMB/ticket will be charged. An example of irregular parts is shown in the attached table.

Delivery address requirements

1. All countries: Amazon warehouse addresses, military addresses, affiliated islands, and overseas addresses are not accepted;

2. Poland: Only the following 4 cities can accept packaging addresses: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Poznan, Krakow Packaging Collection Point Maximum size and weight limit: 60 x 35 x 40cm and 25KG

3. Portugal: POBOX addresses are not accepted

4. Mexico: If the recipient's address is changed within 2 times, they can apply for free. If it is changed more than 2 times, an additional correction fee of 25RMB per ticket will be charged

5. Greece: does not serve PO BOX addresses

6. An additional fee of RMB 135 per ticket will be charged in the Okinawa region of Japan

Parcels that fail to be delivered within 30 days after delivery will be automatically rescheduled three times

Return and Redelivery

1. This channel does not provide services for returning goods from abroad to China;

2. Malta/Cyprus/South Africa/Switzerland/Slovenia: Overseas return and redelivery services are not provided. Parcels that fail to be delivered due to address issues, recipient not at home, etc. are considered abandoned and compensation services are not provided

3. Except for the countries listed in point 2, other countries can provide secondary reassignment services, with the following standards:

1) If the package is returned to the overseas warehouse, it can be resent to the country where the original package was received,

2) The deadline for redelivery is 20 days, which means that within 20 days from the date of notifying the customer of the package return, the customer can choose to redelivery; If there is no response after 20 days, the package will be destroyed by default. The Canadian resend fee is 82RMB/ticket for the first 1KG, and 13RMB/ticket for the second 1KG, rounded up per KG (including return shipping). For example, if the package weight is 1.4KG, the resend fee is 95RMB=82+13

3).  Türkiye: The re dispatch period is 7 days, that is, the customer can choose to re dispatch within 7 days after notifying the customer that the package is returned; If there is no response after 7 days, the package will be destroyed by default. The reassignment fee is 30RMB per ticket

4) South Korea: The resend deadline is 10 days, which means customers can choose to resend within 10 days from the date of notifying them of the package return; If there is no response after 10 days, the package will be destroyed by default. The reassignment fee is 50RMB per ticket

5) Mexico: The resend deadline is 15 days, which means customers can choose to resend within 15 days from the notification of package return; If there is no response after 15 days, the package will be destroyed by default. The reassignment fee is 25RMB per ticket

6) Other countries: The resend period is 14 days, which means customers can choose to resend within 14 days from the date of notification of package return; If there is no response after 14 days, the package will be destroyed by default. The reassignment fee for the UK, US, and Japan is 40RMB per ticket. For Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, and Brazil, the reassignment fee is 60RMB per ticket. For other countries, the reassignment fee is 50RMB per ticket

Compensation standards

1) Compensation acceptance deadline: An application must be submitted within 60 days after Yuntu's shipment, and will not be accepted if it exceeds 60 days

2) Compensation standard:

1. In the United States, if lost before the end service provider goes online, they will be compensated at twice the shipping cost. If lost after going online, they will be compensated at once the shipping cost, with a maximum of 400RMB per ticket

2. Mexico: Compensation shall be made according to the declared value, with a maximum of RMB 300 per ticket

3. Switzerland: If the goods are not connected to the internet (official website of the end service provider), the compensation standard is a refund of the shipping cost plus a maximum declared value of 400 RMB per ticket; If the goods are already online, no compensation will be given;

4. Other countries: Compensation shall be made according to the declared value, with a maximum of RMB 400 per ticket

3) Claim information requirements:

A. If the service provider confirms the loss of the item, they must provide the required information for the claim within 30 days after submitting the application:

① Screenshot of online refund on the platform

② If the goods are arranged for reshipment without a refund, an online transaction screenshot, dispute content, and reshipment tracking number must be submitted

B. The package was lost during our company's transit process. If it is confirmed to be lost by our company, no proof is required

4) All problematic items must adhere to the principle of first investigating and then compensating, and relevant information must be provided according to channel requirements

The official website of the service provider shows that the package has been signed for, but the customer says they have not received it. Our company will assist in checking, but will not provide compensation.
